A high school teacher, En En, visits a student's home in a dilapidated house, only to be subjected to a brutal and degrading assault by the student and his father. She is forced into a series of humiliating and violent acts, including being stripped and penetrated by the father and son, who take turns inserting their genitals into her mouth and vagina.
